I run a range of cookery sessions in and around Oxford, from my base in Headington and, where appropriate, in people’s own homes.

With a background in professional cookery and food development alongside my clinical work as a Nutritional Therapist, I bring together the what to eat and the how to actually make it happen.

These sessions aren’t about complicated recipes or perfection. They’re about helping you feel more confident in the kitchen, building practical skills and showing you how to create food that is both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable, in a way that fits your life.

You’ll leave with simple, adaptable ideas you can rely on, and the confidence to make them your own.

“Anna has the special skill of all great teachers; the learning is easy, you remember everything and you feel inspired. Thank you!”

—JH, Oxford

“All tasted delicious. It was even better to understand the food choices and their role in supporting health.”

—VM, London

If you have something specific in mind, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I’m always happy to design something bespoke around a particular group, theme or goal.
