One-to-One Work

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help you understand how your diet and lifestyle are influencing your health and what may be sitting underneath your symptoms. My approach is always food-first, focusing on practical changes that support your body day to day.

People come to me at different points: sometimes around life stages such as perimenopause, adolescence or later life, sometimes with specific concerns like thyroid issues, digestive symptoms or weight changes, and often with a collection of things that don’t quite add up: low energy, poor sleep, hormonal imbalances, gut issues or feeling generally out of sorts. In many cases, it’s not one clear explanation, but a sense that something isn’t quite right and a desire for a more personalised, joined-up approach that actually makes sense of it all.

Where appropriate, we can also use targeted testing, such as blood work, hormone or gut health tests, alongside nutrition and lifestyle changes to build a clearer picture.

What it’s like to work together

We start with a complimentary 30-minute call to talk things through, answer questions and see if this feels like the right fit. From there, we build a plan around you.

Nutritional therapy helps us identify what needs to change. The coaching is where we focus on how to make that happen in real life when time, habits and routines get in the way.

This is not about handing you a plan and leaving you to it. It’s about working together to make changes feel manageable, realistic and sustainable.

I usually recommend working together over a number of sessions so we can properly understand what’s driving your symptoms and support you as changes take hold. The pace is always tailored to you.

One-off sessions are £90 per hour, with reduced rates available when booking a series.

Appointments are available in person at the Wellbeing Clinic in Headington, online via video, or as a combination of both.
