Summer Hosting

A relaxed, hands-on session built around fresh, seasonal dishes for summer hosting. We’ll begin with a glass of fizz or kombucha and a few simple nibbles while chatting through a few simple tips to make entertaining feel more relaxed and enjoyable.

From there, we’ll cook together in a small group before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve made. The evening is designed to be generous and sociable and the food you cook becomes your supper.

  • Whipped Feta with Roasted Peppers & Lemon Oil
    A creamy, make-ahead dip served with warm flatbreads or seasonal crudités.

  • Courgette & Kalamata Olive Fritters with Herby Yoghurt
    Crisp, savoury fritters perfect for sharing or serving as bite-sized nibbles.

  • Watermelon, Feta & Mint with Lime
    A fresh, versatile summer dish served as either a salad or canapé-style skewers.

  • Chicken Skewers with Garlic, Lemon & Oregano(or halloumi option)
    Simple, flavour-packed skewers ideal for barbecues or relaxed summer hosting.

  • Caramelised Peach & Thyme Tartlets
    Individual puff pastry tarts with seasonal soft fruit and a golden caramel finish.
