A slower-paced, sociable morning built around fresh, flavour-packed dishes that take brunch beyond the usual. We’ll start with coffee or tea and a few light bites, alongside a short introduction to creating more interesting, balanced brunches at home.

From there, you’ll cook together in a small group before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve made as a relaxed, shared brunch. It’s a chance to pick up a handful of simple, go-to ideas that feel a bit more special, but are easy to recreate in your own kitchen.
