A sociable, flavour-led evening built around fresh, vibrant dishes inspired by Asian cooking, designed to feel achievable at home. We’ll start with a drink and a few light bites, alongside a short introduction to balancing flavour, texture and contrast across a simple menu.

From there, you’ll cook together in a small group before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve made as a relaxed, shared supper. It’s a chance to explore a handful of bold, satisfying dishes that feel a bit more special, without adding complexity.

  • Fresh Rice Paper Rolls with Peanut Satay Sauce
    Light, fresh rolls packed with herbs and vegetables, served with a rich, homemade dipping sauce.

  • Courgette & Carrot Som Tam-Style Salad
    A crisp, punchy salad with lime, herbs and a balance of sweet, sour and heat.

  • Coconut Baked Rice
    Fragrant, gently spiced rice baked in the oven for ease and depth of flavour.

  • Stuffed Coconut & Lemongrass Chicken (or tofu option)
    Boneless chicken filled with a fragrant coconut and lemongrass mixture, then roasted until golden.

  • Pineapple Carpaccio with Lime & Mint
    Thinly sliced pineapple finished with citrus and crunch for a light, refreshing dessert.
